Max Tay, A happily married, father of 1, Singaporean who graduated
from Monash University with 8 distinctions in Computing in 2001. But in
2002, after working only 6 months in IT industry, he decided to give it
all up to concentrate on building a business of his own armed with the
teachings of Robert Kiyosaki.
After spending more than $10,000
attending countless seminars on generating passive income, he didn't
find much success until he started his Wealth Architect business in
2008.
With the help of his Personal Finance Mentor, He quickly
become top 6 percent of the industry. And since then, he has never look
back. He went on to build another business and acquires paper assets
that generates another stream of passive income.
During this
process, he wanted to help more people to achieve financial freedom
through a more simplified way rather than what he has went through.
Hence, he setup Cashflow Warrior (Singapore)'s Cashflow Club together
with several of like-minded people. It is now the leading and largest
Cashflow Game Community in Singapore.

Dad's advisors, Max Tay and other facilitators have been educating
thousands of individuals in Singapore since 2009 through the Robert
Kiyosaki's Cashflow 101 Game. Because of that, Max Tay is currently
considered as one of the authority in executing Cashflow Concept in real
life arena.
